JALAPENO WHITE BALSAMIC*
Sweet, spicy, and tart, like you would expect from this chili-infused balsamic.
Use it to light up your marinades, splash in a ceviche, spice up a salsa, or blend into dressings to top fruits.

Jalapeno-Persian Lime Salsa
2 lbs Tomatoes (the sweeter and fresher, the better), diced
1 Medium vidalia or sweet onion, diced
1 Bunch Cilantro, chopped
Juice from 3 fresh limes
1/4 Cup Olive on Brooklea Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil
1/8 Cup Olive on Brooklea Jalapeno White Balsamic
Sea Salt to taste
1. In large bowl, mix together tomatoes through lime juice.
2. Pour the Persian Lime Olive Oil and the Jalapeno balsamic over salsa. Mix gently with spoon.
3. Add sea salt to taste.
