What's new? Pomegranate-Quince Balsamic, Sparkling ruby-hued white balsamic with the tart, crisp flavor of juicy pomegranates and floral quince.  It pairs beautifully with our Blood Orange Olive Oil, Persian Lime Olive Oil, or fruitier extra virgin olive oil.

Fresh on the shelves at Olive on Brooklea: 

Manzanillo *EVOO from Australia (harvested in May 2013) is loaded with fruitiness.  It's creamy, jammy, with a slightly bitter middle, and a desirable pepper finish. Hojiblanca from Australia (crush date:  April 2013) is mild intensity, aromatic and complex with a moderately pungent finish.  This EVOO won Best of Class award at the 2013 New York Olive Oil Competition. Italian Blend from Australia (crush date:  May 2013), a unique small batch blend, fruity and floral with little bitterness and pungency.  Koroneiki from California (crush date:  November 2013), displays green fruit and herbaceous notes of green apple peel, cut grass, and slight herb.  More pungent than bitter.  Organic Arbequina from California (crush date:  November 2013), a robust choice!  Well balanced with green fruit characteristics and green almond notes, a slightly bitter middle and a nice pungent finish.   Organic Picual from Peru (crush date:  March 2013), a robust oil displaying green fruitiness and offering a throaty finish with lingering pepper.  It is the winner of Best in Class award at the 2013 New York Olive Oil Competition.  *(Extra Virgin Olive Oil.)

Syracuse just got spicier!  We are pleased to offer you a selection of flavorful spicy olive oils.  We've included a customer favorite, Chipotle, along with exotic olive oils like Red Cayenne Chili and Harissa.  Remember to check out the spicy sweet Serrano Honey Vinegar.  Pineapple White Balsamic pairs well with any and all of our spicies!
